Shipping by GLS

The dispatch takes place within 1-3 working days after entrance of your order or with Vorkasse after entrance of the payment. The delivery time shall be extended appropriately if a delay in delivery is caused by circumstances for which we are not responsible, in particular circumstances of force majeure, transport bottlenecks, operational disruptions, machine damage, etc. The delivery period shall be extended accordingly. We will inform you of any delays in delivery. Excluded from this is reduced goods, which can only be delivered as long as stocks last. Orders are mainly delivered by our service partner GLS.

A delivery to mailboxes is excluded. We assume no liability for incorrect deliveries or delays due to incomplete or incorrect data.

Please note:

Your parcel by GLS cannot be picked up at the post office or at a parcel station. Therefore you can also choose a different delivery address for your order, if you are not available during the day for the GLS driver. Then choose e.g. your business address or the address of a family member or friend.

Tracking

As soon as your package is packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us.

Delivery time

How long your shipment will take depends on the country and region of delivery. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays there is no GLS delivery.

Germany 4,90 Euro
EU countries 14,00 Euro
Worldwide 35,00 Euro

Within Germany we deliver free of shipping costs from a value of 150 EURO per order.

We are also happy to send you several articles in one shipment.

Delivery:

If the GLS driver could not find anybody to deliver the parcel, he will leave a notification on which the GLS shop will be mentioned where you can pick up your parcel personally.
